This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how the operator of “CraveCatch / なに食べよ” (the “Service”) collects and handles personal information and data. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
This Policy applies to information collected and stored in relation to the Service.
2. Information We Collect
The Service uses external authentication providers and may obtain:

User ID, display name, profile image, email address, and other provider-generated data

Authentication information stored in Supabase Auth

Access logs, device identifiers, app version, OS information, network information

Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Location data related to restaurants or posted content

Analytics data from tools such as Firebase Analytics
We use collected data for:

Operating, maintaining, and improving the Service

Optimizing display, search, and recommendation functions
•
Customer support and debugging
•
Preventing fraud and improving safety
•
Usage analytics and enhancement
Data related to the Service is stored on:
•
Supabase and Google Cloud Storage (GCS)
•
Region: Tokyo (asia-northeast1)
We may share data with third parties only in the following cases:

Service providers for analytics, security, or storage
•
When required by law or governmental request
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
6. Content Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of posted content via the following form:

We will respond within reasonable capacity.
The Service provides an account deletion function in the Settings screen.
When you delete your account, personally identifiable information such as your display name, bio, and profile image is anonymized immediately, and the authentication account used to sign in is deleted. Your posts and reviews stop being shown anywhere in the Service, including lists and search, and the uploaded image and video files themselves are deleted.
Deletion cannot be undone. You will not be able to sign in again with the same account.
The following are retained after deletion:

Records related to bids and payouts (retained to comply with accounting and payment-related legal obligations)
•
Operational logs such as access and event logs, and behavioral logs about impressions and views (retained to investigate abuse and to improve the Service; after deletion these are handled as information that cannot identify an individual)
Logging out alone does not delete your account.
We take reasonable security measures to protect stored data.
However, we do not guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Policy from time to time.
Changes become effective when posted within the Service.
Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version.
