These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of the application “CraveCatch / なに食べよ” (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a platform that allows users to post and view images and videos related to restaurant dishes.
Users can browse, upload, share, and interact with content within the Service.
The Service provides login only via external authentication providers.
Users may delete their account at any time from the Settings screen. Deletion anonymizes personally identifiable information and deletes the authentication account. Deletion cannot be undone, and you will not be able to sign in again with the same account. The scope of data retained after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
Users retain all rights to the content they upload, including images, videos, and comments (“User Content”).
(2) License Granted to the Service
By uploading content, users grant the Service and its operator a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

Display, reproduce, distribute, stream, modify, edit, transform, and generate thumbnails
•
Use User Content for advertising, promotion, and marketing of the Service
•
Display User Content excerpts, links, and thumbnails on external SNS through sharing features
Users represent and warrant that they own all rights required for uploading such content and that they do not infringe the rights of others.
Users must not engage in:

Copyright, trademark, privacy, or personality rights infringement
•
Defamation, discrimination, violence, harassment, or inappropriate content
•
Illegal activities, spam, or unauthorized access
•
Impersonation or fraudulent activity
5. Content Removal and Account Restrictions
The operator may remove content, hide it, or suspend access without prior notice if:
•
The content is suspected of violating these Terms
•
The content is illegal or harmful
•
The operator determines it is necessary for management or safety
Users may request removal of posted content through the contact form.
The operator will respond within reasonable capacity.
The Service is provided without warranty of any kind.
The operator is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or damages.
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of each country or region.
The operator may modify these Terms as necessary.
Revisions become effective when posted in the Service.
Users are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms.
